Refunds

Beta Pro: ₹149/week · ₹499/month · ₹2,999/year (one-time pass, renew manually). Because passes are one-time orders, there is no automatic recurring charge to cancel — stop using paid features when the window ends.

The full policy lives on the marketing site: Refund policy. Typical grounds include duplicate charges or payment captured without Beta Pro activating within 24 hours (email support with Razorpay payment id).
