- API Key and API Secret from Binance API Management
- Read-only permissions only — Enable Withdrawals must stay off (Station rejects keys with withdraw permission)
- Mac with TradeAutopsy Station installed
Station fields for this broker: API Key · API Secret.
Station validates via Binance API restrictions; withdraw permission hard-blocks save. No redirect URL. Optional broker-side IP whitelist is not surfaced in Station UI.
Part 1: Get your keys from Binance.com
1.Review Binance Spot API docs. Keys are created in your Binance account under API Management, not on the docs site. - Screenshot coming soonBinance API Management
2.Log in to Binance.com → Profile → API Management. Complete 2FA to create a new API key. - Screenshot coming soonBinance read-only API key
3.Create the key with read-only access. Do not enable Enable Trading or Enable Withdrawals — Station hard-blocks save if withdraw permission is present. - Screenshot coming soonCopy Binance API Secret
4.Copy API Key and Secret immediately. Secret is shown once. Optional: restrict by IP on Binance; Station does not show IP whitelist UI.
Part 2: Paste them into Station

5.Station → Settings → Brokers → Binance.com. Paste API Key and API Secret into the matching fields. - Screenshot coming soonSave Binance connection
6.Save. If Binance reports withdraw permission on the key, Station will refuse to store it — create a new read-only key.
Troubleshooting
- Station blocks save (withdraw permission)
- Binance keys with withdrawal permission cannot be saved. Delete the key on Binance, create a new one with withdrawals disabled, and paste again.
- Invalid API-key, IP, or permissions (-2015)
- If you use IP restrict on Binance, add your Mac’s current public IP. Ensure the key has read permissions for the products Station syncs.
Security notes
- API Key and Secret are stored in macOS Keychain on your Mac; hosted TradeAutopsy does not receive them.
- Never enable withdrawals on keys used with TradeAutopsy.
- Connections are read-only for behavioral sync.
